INDUSTRIAL FIELD SERVICE MECHANIC

Key Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate at customer sites
• Repair machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Work with hand and power tools
• Work with measuring and alignment tools
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Read machine and/or procedure manuals
• Daily travel to customer facilities
• Perform plant shutdown maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
• Install industrial machinery
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication skills highly preferred
• Ability to work in physically demanding industrial environments
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces when required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and dependable

MACHINIST

CLEAN, MODERN, FULLY AIR CONDITIONED MACHINE SHOP!

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Setup, operate, and program CNC ProtoTRAK lathes & mills
• Setup and operate manual lathes and mills
• Re-machine parts for repair
• Saw cutting
• Surface grinding
• Sanding and deburring of final parts
• Routine shop maintenance

Qualifications:

• Experience programming and operating CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
• Experience in manual machining (lathes, mills, etc.)
• Experience with Wire EDM machining a plus
• Experience in FeatureCam software a plus
• Understanding of materials, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and machining techniques
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Experience working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as plastics
• Have basic machinist’s tools necessary to perform job functions
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks as directed
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly detail oriented; attentive to accuracy, efficiency and neatness
• Displays enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
